St. George’s University offer educational opportunities to anyone who has the interest, desire, and ability in pursuing a health care/medical programs in our institution. Admission to the St. George’s University does not assure acceptance of a student in a particular course or program. The university seeks a diverse range of information to evaluate applicants. This information includes the past and present academic performance; the level of education; the letters of recommendation; aptitude tests and if applicable, and their previous health/patient care experience.
The university seeks individuals who may demonstrate qualities of scholarship, motivation, and the commitment to academic, professional and personal growth.
Admission is competitive with specific academic standards for each program of study.
St. George’s University shall consider any qualified person for admission throughout the year. Upon submission of all the requested material, an application is processed with consideration given to all data. Qualified applicants are admitted in compliance with the federal and state non-discrimination status and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Each Program Director / Coordinator retains the rights to set applicant deadlines and limits of enrollment. The eligibility for professional licensure/registration may be restricted by various licensing boards if a person has been convicted of a felony. If questions arise, students should contact the appropriate board/society prior to beginning classes.
